ManpowerOS provides software for event staffing operations, including leads, staff records, requirements, assignments, payout tracking, billing workflows, and related reporting.
The owner account is responsible for the workspace, office-user access, seat allocation, billing email accuracy, and the overall use of data stored in the account.
You may use the service only for lawful business operations. You must not use ManpowerOS to store harmful content, impersonate others, abuse payment or recovery flows, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Workspace access may depend on an active subscription, trial state, payment status, seat limits, and configured billing provider workflows. Past-due or cancelled accounts may be restricted to billing-related access until resolved.
You are responsible for the accuracy of staff, client, duty, and payment data entered into the workspace. You are also responsible for protecting your owner credentials and removing access for former team members.
ManpowerOS aims to keep the service available and support requests handled in a practical time frame, but uninterrupted uptime cannot be guaranteed during maintenance, deployment, provider outages, or external service failures.
Paid plans renew based on the active subscription terms and billing cycle configured for the workspace. Fees, taxes, and provider rules may vary by billing method and region.
ManpowerOS may improve, change, or remove features over time. Material changes to pricing, access rules, or policy terms should be reflected on the public site or in workspace billing communication.
