1. Information we collect
ManpowerOS stores the information your team enters into the workspace, such as business details, office users, staff records, leads, assignments, duty sheets, payout details, billing records, and support requests.
This policy explains what information ManpowerOS stores, why it is used, and how staffing businesses can manage their workspace data responsibly.

ManpowerOS stores the information your team enters into the workspace, such as business details, office users, staff records, leads, assignments, duty sheets, payout details, billing records, and support requests.
We use workspace data to provide staffing workflow tools, role-based access, reporting, billing, account recovery, and service support. We do not collect data for unrelated advertising use inside the product.
Owner account details, billing email, subscription records, and payment events are used to manage access, renewals, account recovery, and service delivery. Payment processing may involve third-party billing providers configured by ManpowerOS.
Your workspace may contain personal information about staff and client contacts. You are responsible for entering only the data needed to run staffing operations and for using it in line with your local compliance obligations.
We use workspace login, role-based permissions, audit events, and reset controls to help protect access. You should use strong owner credentials, limit office user seats, and remove accounts that no longer need access.
Workspace data is retained while your account remains active and for a reasonable period needed for support, recovery, billing, and operational continuity unless a different retention obligation applies.
If you request support or owner PIN recovery, we may use the workspace slug, billing email, and account history needed to verify ownership and resolve the request safely.
ManpowerOS may update this policy as product, billing, or operational practices evolve. The latest version published on this page will apply going forward.
